The Website allows users to find wineries near them using:
- Browser location services (GPS)
- IP-based location detection
- Manual search by city or address
The Website and application use GPS location data, cellular network and WiFi data, and IP addresses to calculate the user's location and display nearby wineries.
The Website uses Google Maps and Google Places API services to display maps, winery locations, and business information. Information displayed on the Website comes from Google's databases and is not the responsibility of the Website.
Use of the Website is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The Website must not be used in a manner that could impair its functionality or availability.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including design, code, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of the Website or of third parties who have granted a license of use, and is protected under copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.
Information about wineries, photos, ratings, and reviews displayed on the Website belong to their respective owners and are presented via the Google Places API.
